Purposes and legal basis, article by article
To handle your quote request. Legal basis: consent given when submitting the form, article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw it at any time.
To prepare and perform the contract of sale, rental or repair, including delivery and installation. Legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, article 6(1)(b).
Invoicing and tax and accounting obligations. Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation, article 6(1)(c), under Spanish Act 58/2003 (General Tax Act) and the Commercial Code.
Management of public liability insurance and handling of incidents at an installation. Legal basis: legitimate interest in defending our rights, article 6(1)(f).
Sending news and availability updates by email or WhatsApp. Legal basis: specific consent, article 6(1)(a), and article 21 of the Spanish LSSI. Nothing is sent unless you authorise it.
Audience and campaign measurement through non-essential cookies. Legal basis: consent given in the banner, article 6(1)(a) and article 22(2) of the Spanish LSSI.
Retention periods
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: one year from the last contact, after which they are deleted.
Customers with a contract: for the duration of the relationship and, after it ends, six years under the Commercial Code and four years under tax law, counted from the last financial year.
Product warranty data: three years from delivery, in line with the statutory conformity period.
Cookie consent: twelve months, after which it is requested again.
News subscription: until you unsubscribe, with a record of the unsubscribe so we do not contact you again.
Recipients and data processors
We do not disclose data to third parties except where legally required. Suppliers acting as processors are involved, under an article 28 GDPR agreement.
Web hosting: Hostinger International Ltd. Servers in the European Union.
Outgoing form email: the SMTP provider configured on the site, so your request reaches us.
Analytics and measurement: Google Ireland Ltd., through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
Messaging: WhatsApp Ireland Ltd., if you choose to contact us through that channel.
Some of these providers may carry out international transfers relying on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights and the supervisory authority
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info.zetadoshinchables@gmail.com with a copy of proof of identity.
We will reply within one month, extendable to two if the request is complex, in accordance with article 12 GDPR.
If you believe your request has not been properly handled, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, calle Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, or through its website at www.aepd.es.
Minors and automated decisions
The forms are intended for people over fourteen. We do not knowingly collect data from minors without the consent of their legal guardians.
We do not make automated decisions or carry out profiling that produces legal effects on you.
We apply technical and organisational measures under article 32 GDPR, including encryption in transit and access control to the content manager.
