This site provides information about the owner’s products and services and allows you to request a quote. Access is free and confers user status.

Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, navigation structure, design and source code belong to the owner or are used under licence.

The product photographs are our own work, taken in the workshop and at real installations, and are protected by Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 on Intellectual Property.

Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or use in third-party catalogues without express written authorisation is prohibited.

Third-party trade marks and distinctive signs belong to their owners and their presence does not imply sponsorship or assignment of rights.

Dimensions, indicative prices and availability may vary by model, date and location. They are not a binding offer until the quote is confirmed in writing.

The owner is not liable for service interruptions beyond its control or for the content of linked third-party sites.

Nor is it liable for misuse of the units where the instructions, age capacity limits and wind and surface conditions supplied with each installation are not observed.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

The relationship between owner and user is governed by Spanish law in force.

The courts of the owner’s domicile shall have jurisdiction, unless consumer law provides another venue in favour of the consumer.

If any clause is declared void, the remainder shall remain valid.
